Custom Design Requests

Requests will responded to within 48 business hours (this does not include weekends and holidays) and design will be completed within 48 business hours of confirmation of your initial request. Two design requests can be sent at a time. Once our designer has completed your design, we will e-mail a mock-up of it so you can approve the design. You may ask for adjustments to the design once (if an adjustment is made, a new mock-up will be sent). Once you have approved your design, a listing will be upload to our website under your name for you to be able to purchase. We require that you purchase six shirts (mix & match sizes) of any design that you have custom made. Customers who habitually request custom designs and do not purchase six shirts per design will no longer be allowed to request custom designs. Once you have purchased your required MOQ for your design(s), you are welcome to request more - two at a time. NO trademark designs will be allowed (i.e. Disney, sports teams, tv show charcters, etc). We withhold the right to decline any requests that do not meet the criteria stated above. 

Please use the form below to submit a request for a custom design. Custom design requests must come through here to be considered (requests sent through Facebook comments, messages, etc. will be directed to come submit through this form). 

In your message, please include as many details about your design as possible so our designer can make sure they are creating what you need (take into consideration font type, font color, stroke on font, etc). If you have an example of what you would like, please attach that with your request. Please also indicate what color shirt that you would like your design to be on so our designer can mock your design appropriately. If you have any questions about shirt colors, sizing, etc, please feel free to e-mail us sadcustsvc@yahoo.com. Please do not send design requests to that e-mail - just questions pertaining to the process or like thereof.
