Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What brands do you use for your products?
    -For our tees, we almost always use Bella Canvas. A lot of our listings will have both Bella and Gildan Softstyle options available - we like to offer both for those who want something a little more price friendly while retaining good quality, which would be the Gildan Softstyle. If a certain color is not available in either brand, we will use Next Level or Cotton Heritage if needed. For specialty colors or patterned shirts, we use Comfort Color, LAT, and Code Five.
    For our sweatshirts/crewnecks, we use mainly Gildan or Tultex. For certain colors, we may use JustHoods.
    For our tanks, we use a Comfort Color and Bella Canvas.
  2. Do you have size charts for your clothing items?
    Yes! You can find those all listed here.
  3. What is the fabric content of your clothing items?
    Regular tees are going to be 100% Cotton. Heather tees are 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester. Athletic Grey and Ash colored tees are 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester. Regular tanks are 100% Cotton. Heather tanks are 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester. Gildan Softstyle tees are 100% Cotton. LAT & Code Five brand tees are 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester. All sweatshirts are going to be 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester.
  4. What is your TAT?
    Normally, our TAT is 3 to 4 business days. During the holiday season or any peak times, our TAT can extend to 4 to 7 business days. Please know that we do everything that we can to get everyone's orders out as quickly as possible & have been praised to be one of the quickest when it comes to turning around orders! We will post our current TAT at the top of our webpage, but please feel free to message/e-mail us if you want to double check.
  5. Can I pay for expediated shipping?
    Expediated shipping is not something that we offer as everyone would be asking for it during our busier times & then it doesn't really come expediated at that point. But if you're needing your order by a certain time, please reach out to us via e-mail or Facebook message & we are more than happy to see what we can do for you!

  8. How often do you add new products?
    New designs for clothing items are released every Monday through Thursday! It is possible during our busier times that we release only a couple of times a week, but just know that's because we're putting pedal to the metal to get orders out! New earrings and accessories are released a couple of times a month. You can find our New Arrivals category here.
  9. What if I would like a design that you do not have listed on our website?
    We are happy to provide custom designs! There is a couple of stipulations to those... you can find all info regarding Customs and the form to request one here.
